Companies who care want to hear from our kids about how they can create a better world and workforce.

To help the kids in your life have their say, we’ve put together a fun, done-for-you postcard project that creates a real-life opportunity for their voices to be heard.

We’re inviting kids around the country to dream up their brightest ideas on what the future of work should look and feel like, then capture their thoughts in the form of a postcard letter to their “future boss”.

Postcards sent back to us will be published in a report (and cute coffee table book!), which we’ll be sharing with industry leaders across the country keen to reshape their workplaces to attract, support and retain tomorrow’s bright talent!

Taking part is simple:

  1. Grab a template:
    1. Printable Postcard size (4 per page)
    2. Printable A4 size (1 per page)
    3. Digital Canva template 
  2. Play the video to the right for tips on what to write about
  3. Scan and submit completed postcard/s through the form below
